Also known as the Habit Whisperer, she helps people achieve lasting weight loss and create the self-care habits that make their goal easy and inevitable.

After a decade in the high-tech industry, working at companies like Netscape, Oracle, and Yahoo, Amy took a chance on herself and pursued her lifelong passion: real health care.

She's been in the health and fitness industry since 2003: first, as the owner of Pacific Heights Health Club in San Francisco, where she and her team helped thousands of clients, and then, as the founder of Moxie Club, a global online coaching business she started in December 2019, where her reach has expanded across the US, as well as Canada, Australia, and Western Europe.

When she's not coaching, Amy enjoys traveling, playing tennis, eating roast crab, and spending time with her partner, Matt, and her Bernedoodle puppy, Moxie!
